Robert Watson, System Engineer from Digital Equipment
will present UNIX/Windows NT Interoperability. UNIX and Windows NT
approach computing and networking with different standards, different
protocols, different resource naming conventions, even different

these disparate approaches to computing? Mr. Watson will examine some
of the complexities involved in integrating networking protocols,
security, file systems, mail delivery, database access, system
management, and network monitoring in an environment where UNIX and
Windows NT are being deployed together.
Our booth is #1077 this year. Traffic will be high and could still use serveral more volunteers. Please consider working the booth, even if you can only spare an hour.
